The countries that will profit the most in the union of all ASEAN
member states are CHINA and SINGAPORE to the disadvantage of the UNITED STATES.

CHINA pledged $10 billion U.S. currency???? from where????

AUSTRALIA,NEW ZEALAND ,INDIA,JAPAN and SOUTH KOREA will ” NOT GAIN ” in this economic cooperation.

Instead this would make CHINA one of the most powerful economies
in the world while SINGAPORE TAKES ADVANTAGE of all ASEAN
member countries MANIPULATING ECONOMIES in the region.

However, Jane’s Defence Weekly reports that North Korea has a long history of provoking political crises and it is just as possible that once North Korea has achieved what it wants – international attention and concessions – it will temporarily back away from a nuclear test. (ENDS)

Joseph Bermudez, Analyst for Jane’s Defence Weekly, says there is considerable concern that if North Korea does proceed with a nuclear test it will be conducted either in co-operation with Iran, be attended by Iranian observers, or will provide Iran with access to the test results.

“The result is that Iran could test a nuclear weapon’s design without publicly crossing the threshold to becoming a nuclear weapon state,” says Bermudez.
